1. These terms

These Terms apply to your use of aguilarhomesolutions.com and explain the general basis on which Aguilar Home Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) offers its services. By using the website you agree to them. When you hire us, your written estimate or agreement also applies, and it controls if there is any difference.

2. Our services

Aguilar Home Solutions LLC provides handyman and finish-carpentry services in Southwest Florida. Projects that require a licensed contractor are performed in partnership with licensed contractors who hold the applicable permits and are responsible for the work; in those cases the licensed contractor contracts for, permits and is responsible for that portion of the project. We are insured.

3. Information on this website

Photos show past projects and are examples of our work; every home is different. Descriptions are general information, not an offer or a price quote. We work to keep the website accurate but it may contain errors or change without notice.

4. Free estimates

Estimates are free and with no obligation. They are based on the information and photos you share and, when needed, a visit to the property. An estimate is valid for the time stated on it. The final price can change only if the scope changes, you choose different materials, or we find conditions that could not be seen before starting (for example hidden water damage, rot, termites or out-of-level walls and floors). In every case we explain the change and get your approval before doing the extra work.

5. Your written agreement

The work to be done, price, deposit and payment schedule, estimated timeline and any warranty are set out in the written estimate or agreement you accept. Changes to the work should be agreed in writing (a text message or email is fine).

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us safe access to the work area at the agreed times, with electricity and water available.
• Clear furniture and personal items from the work area, or let us know beforehand.
• Get any approvals required by your HOA or condominium association.
• Tell us about anything we should know (pets, alarms, hidden pipes or wires you are aware of).

7. Materials and wood

Wood is a natural material: grain, color and knots vary, and wood expands and contracts with Florida’s humidity. These natural variations are not defects. If you supply your own materials, we are not responsible for their quality, defects or delivery delays. Manufacturer warranties on materials and hardware belong to you and are handled with the manufacturer.

8. Scheduling and delays

We work to meet the dates we give you. Weather, material shortages, permit or inspection timing, hidden conditions and other causes outside our control can cause delays; if that happens, we will let you know as soon as possible.

9. Warranty

Any warranty on our workmanship is the one stated in your written estimate or agreement. Warranties do not cover normal wear, misuse, water or moisture damage, damage caused by others, or work changed by someone else after we finish.

10. Payments and cancellations

Payments are due as stated in your written estimate, agreement or invoice. Custom-ordered or custom-built materials may not be refundable once ordered or started, as stated in your agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as early as possible.

11. Photos of completed work

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing without showing your name, address or anything that identifies you. If you prefer we do not, let us know.

12. Reviews

If you leave a review on our website, it must be honest and about your own experience with us. Please do not include links, offensive language or other people’s personal information. We publish reviews as written and do not edit them. We only remove spam, abusive content or content unrelated to our work, and we never remove a review because it is negative. We do not offer payment, discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews. You keep ownership of your review and allow us to display it on our website. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

13. Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, try to break its security, send spam or automated submissions, or copy its content. The text, photos, videos and logo on this website belong to Aguilar Home Solutions LLC or are used with permission.

14. Other websites

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Our responsibility for the work we perform is governed by your written agreement and Florida law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Collier County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise. We always prefer to talk first and solve any issue directly with you.

2. Nuestros servicios

Aguilar Home Solutions LLC ofrece servicios de handyman y carpintería de acabado en Southwest Florida. Los proyectos que requieren un contratista licenciado se realizan en asociación con contratistas licenciados que poseen los permisos correspondientes y son responsables del trabajo; en esos casos, el contratista licenciado es quien contrata, saca los permisos y responde por esa parte del proyecto. Estamos asegurados.

3. Información de esta web

Las fotos muestran proyectos anteriores y son ejemplos de nuestro trabajo; cada casa es distinta. Las descripciones son información general, no una oferta ni una cotización. Procuramos que la web esté al día, pero puede tener errores o cambiar sin aviso.

4. Estimados gratis

Los estimados son gratis y sin compromiso. Se basan en la información y las fotos que nos compartes y, cuando hace falta, en una visita a la propiedad. Un estimado es válido por el tiempo que indica. El precio final solo puede cambiar si cambia el alcance, eliges otros materiales o encontramos condiciones que no se podían ver antes de empezar (por ejemplo, daño de agua oculto, madera podrida, termitas, o paredes y pisos desnivelados). En todos los casos te explicamos el cambio y pedimos tu aprobación antes de hacer el trabajo extra.

5. Tu acuerdo por escrito

El trabajo a realizar, el precio, el depósito y el calendario de pagos, el tiempo estimado y cualquier garantía se indican en el estimado o acuerdo por escrito que aceptas. Los cambios al trabajo deben acordarse por escrito (un mensaje de texto o un correo sirve).

6. Tus responsabilidades

• Darnos acceso seguro al área de trabajo en los horarios acordados, con electricidad y agua disponibles.
• Despejar muebles y objetos personales del área de trabajo, o avisarnos antes.
• Obtener las aprobaciones que exija tu HOA o asociación de condominio.
• Avisarnos de cualquier cosa que debamos saber (mascotas, alarmas, tuberías o cables ocultos que conozcas).

7. Materiales y madera

La madera es un material natural: la veta, el color y los nudos varían, y la madera se expande y se contrae con la humedad de Florida. Estas variaciones naturales no son defectos. Si tú pones los materiales, no somos responsables de su calidad, sus defectos ni sus retrasos de entrega. Las garantías del fabricante sobre materiales y herrajes son tuyas y se tramitan con el fabricante.

8. Agenda y retrasos

Trabajamos para cumplir las fechas que te damos. El clima, la falta de materiales, los tiempos de permisos o inspecciones, las condiciones ocultas y otras causas fuera de nuestro control pueden causar retrasos; si pasa, te avisamos lo antes posible.

9. Garantía

Cualquier garantía sobre nuestra mano de obra es la que indica tu estimado o acuerdo por escrito. Las garantías no cubren el desgaste normal, el mal uso, el daño por agua o humedad, el daño causado por terceros, ni el trabajo modificado por otra persona después de que terminamos.

10. Pagos y cancelaciones

Los pagos se hacen según tu estimado, acuerdo o factura por escrito. Los materiales pedidos o fabricados a medida pueden no ser reembolsables una vez pedidos o empezados, según indique tu acuerdo. Si necesitas cancelar o cambiar la fecha, avísanos lo antes posible.

11. Fotos de trabajos terminados

Podemos fotografiar trabajos terminados para nuestro portafolio y publicidad sin mostrar tu nombre, tu dirección ni nada que te identifique. Si prefieres que no, avísanos.

12. Reseñas

Si dejas una reseña en nuestra web, debe ser honesta y sobre tu propia experiencia con nosotros. Por favor no incluyas enlaces, lenguaje ofensivo ni datos personales de otras personas. Publicamos las reseñas tal como se escriben y no las editamos. Solo quitamos spam, ofensas o contenido que no tenga que ver con nuestro trabajo, y nunca quitamos una reseña por ser negativa. No damos pagos, descuentos ni regalos a cambio de reseñas. Tu reseña sigue siendo tuya y nos permites mostrarla en nuestra web. Puedes pedirnos que la borremos cuando quieras.
